1. Definitions
In this User Agreement;

User: The real person who benefits from the services offered by visiting the Site and/or being a member of the Site,
Business Partners: Real or legal persons who have made an agreement with TR Healing Travel and have agreed and committed to offer their products and services to users on the Site and under the conditions announced on the Site, in return for a price.
2. Subject of Contract
The conditions for the purchase and use of the services offered on the site are determined by this agreement.
3. General Conditions
3.1 TR Healing Travel, through the Site; offers travel services such as international tours, domestic tours, cruise tours, hotel and apartment reservations, travel insurance and health tourism. The content of the services offered is completely at the disposal of TR Healing Travel.
3.2 Travel services offered may vary over time depending on seasonality and availability.
3.3 Terms of Use are an integral part of the tour programs offered on the Site and the package tour contract to be signed after sales and cannot be considered independently.
3.4 Persons using the Site are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use.
4. Travel Services
4.1 Travel services offered on the Site can be purchased online instantly with a credit card.
4.2 In order to use the purchased travel service, a reservation must be made.
4.3 The excursions offered on the site are organized with a minimum participation of 40 people. If there is not enough participation for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 7 days before the travel departure date for international tours and 2 days for domestic tours, and the cancellation information will be communicated by TR Healing Travel.
4.4 EN Healing Travel is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and private flights, or the hours may change prior to the current trip and flight. TR Healing Travel is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepted the risk of time change and bought the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay field tax and field services fee.
4.5 3-person rooms are given according to the availability of the hotels. There is an extra bed application in 3-person rooms, the third bed is smaller than the standard bed. Child discounts are only valid for children staying with 2 adults. The continental breakfast served in the hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice. Group breakfasts can be served in a separate lounge.
4.6 Panoramic city tours are tours of 2-3 hours for the general promotion of cities. City tours may be organized on different days, provided that the content does not change, or may not take place due to weather conditions and/or force majeure. Extra excursions specified in the tour program are organized by the local agency we receive service from, with a minimum participation of 20 people. If a quorum is not achieved, trips cannot be made or extra trip prices and content may vary depending on the number of participants.
4.7 Guests who do not want to participate in the extra tours to be made on the route during their journey are deemed to have accepted to wait at an available resting facility on the road.
5. Purchase of Services
5.1 The services offered on the Site can be purchased by credit card or EFT/Money Transfer.
5.2 For purchases in installments, a maturity difference may be applied depending on the rates offered by the banks on the service fee.
5.3 TR Healing Travel works with various banks and payment system provider PayTr to collect the fee for the purchased service from credit cards. Transactions made through PayTr appear as "PayTr Payment Services" on credit card statements.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Package tour contract is shared during the reservation for tours and excursions purchased on the site. Cancellation and refund conditions are regulated according to the relevant articles of the package tour contract. Generally;
6.1 There is absolutely no right to cancel after making a reservation for products with promotions or campaigns.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, in case of cancellation or cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the tour, the price paid without any deduction is returned to the consumer, excluding the expenses arising from compulsory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations. The consumer agrees and undertakes to pay the entire cost of the trip to TR Healing Travel as compensation for cancellation or change requests less than 30 days before the start of the trip.
6.3 Unless otherwise stated in cruise tours, in case of cancellation or cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the cruise, the price paid is refunded to the consumer without any deduction, excluding the expenses arising from compulsory taxes, fees and similar legal obligations. The consumer agrees and undertakes to pay the entire cost of the trip to TR Healing Travel as compensation for cancellation or change requests less than 60 days before the start of the trip.
6.4 Name changes can be made from the sale of the tour until 7 days before the departure of the tour for a service fee of 100 Euros. Name changes requested between 0-7 days are subject to airline approval and penalties in addition to the service fee.
6.5 Visa and insurance fees and, if any, domestic connection airfares offered with the tour are not refundable for overseas trips and cruises.
6.6 Force majeure for the consumer or his/her first degree relatives, severe accident that prevents the consumer from fulfilling any of the provisions of the package tour contract, serious illness requiring treatment, death situations are considered force majeure for the CONSUMER. The consumer has to prove the existence of force majeure with a valid document to be obtained from official institutions and state hospitals. In case of a written notice of termination, less than 30 days (60 days for cruises) before the start of the package tour, due to a situation that the consumer cannot foresee and prevent despite all due diligence, or due to the force majeure reasons specified in this article, taxes, fees, etc., which must be paid, are obligatory. Except for the costs arising from legal obligations and the non-refundable costs that can be paid and documented to third parties, the price paid by the consumer without any deduction is returned to the consumer within 14 days after the notification of termination is received by TR Healing Travel.
6.7 EN Healing Travel reserves the right to partially or completely cancel tours. This situation is notified to the user at least 7 days before the departure of the tour in international tours, and at least 2 days before the departure date of the tour in domestic tours.
6.8 For credit card refunds, it may take up to 15 working days for the refund to be reflected on the card, depending on the working conditions of the banks.
7. Force Majeure
Force majeure situations in the laws, situations that occur due to extraordinary and unpredictable events despite taking all necessary care and precautions and that prevent the start, continuation or termination of the package tour, and situations where TRHealing Travel has no effect on the event that has occurred It is considered force majeure for TR Healing Travel. These situations are stated below;
7.1 Earthquake, fire, volcanic eruption, flood, storm, hurricane, fog, avalanche, lightning, natural disasters or epidemics, nuclear, chemical disasters or fallout, epidemics, and similar situations and events, including but not limited to, extraordinary situations and events. cases
7.2 In cases of emergency preventing international air, land and sea transportation, in cases of war or mobilization, public uprisings, attacks or terrorist movements, sabotage, in the border neighbors or in the country/countries to be visited within the scope of package tours, at the border gates and/or in the country adjacent to the border gate, including but not limited to riots, occupation and civil war, revolution, insurrection, forced seizure, military coup or seizure of power, civil unrest, industrial disputes, government sanctions, embargo, strikes, lockouts, port closures or occupancy situations or situations that may prevent employees from working.
7.3 In cases where there is a force majeure, TR Healing Travel cannot be held responsible for the damages arising from not performing the contract at all or properly.
8. Responsibilities of the User
8.1 By visiting or using the Site or becoming a member, the User expressly accepts that he has read, understood and is bound by these conditions regarding the use of the Site and that he will comply with both these conditions and all laws, regulations and other legislation in force regarding the Site. and has committed.
8.2 EN Healing Travel reserves the right to change these conditions at any time, effective as soon as they are announced on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after TR Healing Travel has made changes in these conditions will mean that the User has accepted the changes in these conditions.
8.3 All kinds of written and visual content used on the Site; It is protected by the intellectual property rights of TR Healing Travel, its Business Partners and/or 3rd parties. No element on the site can be copied, reproduced or used in other media under any name without the written permission of TR Healing Travel.
8.4 The User accepts and undertakes that he will not use, reverse engineering, hacking, copying of the content of the site with robots and spiders, use for illegal purposes, etc., which will adversely affect the operation of the Site, under any name. TR Healing Travel reserves the right to use its legal rights to the fullest and to irrevocably use all kinds of damages to users who have resorted to such means in applications to the contrary.
8.5 EN Healing Travel may use the information generated during the purchases made by the User while becoming a member of the Site in any way it wishes for statistical evaluations, improving the Site and improving the user experience. The user consents to the use of this information by TR Healing Travel for the aforementioned purposes.
8.6 The User accepts that the security, storage, keeping away from the information of third parties and unauthorized use of the means of access to the Site (username, password, etc.) are under his sole responsibility. TR Healing Travel does not have any direct or indirect responsibility for the damages that may be incurred by the User and/or third parties due to the negligence and faults of the aforementioned issues.
8.7 The user agrees to send information e-mails about the services and campaigns offered by TR Healing Travel, unless otherwise requested by the e-mail address he provided during registration. The user can request to be removed from the notification list by contacting TR Healing Travel in order not to receive these e-mails at any time.
8.8 The Site's Privacy Policy is explained in the link http://www.trhealingtour.com/usage_contract. Users who visit and/or become a member of the Site are deemed to have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
8.9 The User accepts that if he/she violates his/her obligations under this contract, TR Healing Travel may terminate his/her use of the Site by canceling his/her membership, cancel the services he/she has purchased and/or take legal action or proceeding against him/her.
9. Notifications
Notifications to TR Healing Travel or its Business Partners must be in writing.
10. Competent Court
Trabzon Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes arising from this contract.
This Agreement has been read and accepted by the User and has entered into force.
